Advocating for stronger oversight of insurance companies and full enforcement of mental health parity laws
Advancing state and federal regulation of private equity and venture capital in mental health care
Opposing vertical integration models that compromise provider independence and patient choice
Supporting fair and transparent reimbursement practices that sustain ethical and effective care
Building a national professional network where providers can collaborate, strategize, and lead

Through education, coalition-building, legislative advocacy, and public engagement, we are creating the infrastructure needed to support independent providers and reclaim mental health care as a public good, not a private asset.
