Bethany Tubbs, LMFT

Board Member

Bethany Tubbs is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Registered Play Therapist based in the Pacific Northwest. She specializes in working with neurodivergent children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Her approach is rooted in the belief that ethical, sustainable mental health care must prioritize both the well-being of clients and the clinicians who serve them.

Beth is committed to advancing transparency, fair reimbursement, and the development of a robust, equitable mental health system—one where care is shaped by those who provide it, rather than by profit-driven systems that undermine clinicians’ labor and compromise clients’ safety and well-being. Her work reflects a dedication to building a profession and a system that values and protects the humanity of all involved.
